I’m so grateful for our military. They are quick to point out that Memorial Day is to honor the fallen, not those who are currently serving. Veterans Day is when we celebrate them. I especially remember my great uncle who lost his life in the Pacific.

Memorial day is a time to honor America’s heroes. My grandfather was a korean war veteran and my father-in-law was a vietnam veteran. May 30th is also my son’s birthday and my birthday. Yah!! I have been hearing taps all day today and cant quit tearing up everytime.
